The Correction of Information that Provided by USER:
TheUSERmustensure that all information he has added to his account at IBTIKER Technology is completely correct, and he will be fully responsible for any wrong information that he will add.
Do not Create more than one Account:
The USER is committed to not creating more than one account at IBTIKER Technology. In the event of a problem in his first account, he should follow up with the Technical Support Team of IBTIKER to solve the problem.
Using more than one Person to one Account:
registered USER of IBTIKER Technology undertakes that he will be the only one who uses the account and he shall be responsible for all that is done through his account.
The Minimum Age of the USER shall be (18) years:
the user shall be at least 18 years of age, and IBTIKER may request documents to prove this if necessary.
The request of Documents before Registration:
IBTIKER Technology may require personal documents such as an ID or passport copy to prove the USER‘s identity before allowing him to continue using the site.
Suspending of Account and Requesting Documents:
IBIKER Technology is Commercial Site, the Support Team of IBTIKERmay suspend the account of any USER that is suspected of violating the conditions, and the site has the right to request personal identification documents from the user to re-activate the account, and may also be required documents to verify ownership of the account of (Credit Card).
Violation of Conditions and Preventing the Account from Dealing:
IBTIKERhas the right to ban accounts that violate the terms of the site or those that cause damage to the site or its USERSpermanently, and without warning the USER.
Username must be a meaningful name, and not just symbols or numbers.
Details of products, stock and prices:
We strive to provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products (such as product availability, prices, product specifications, illustrations, and technical characteristics). Marketing brochures, advertisements and commercial offers on the website are not considered a guarantee of the availability of products, offers or prices.

We accept cancellation of the order on the part of the customer. In the case of canceling the order you must contact us first, you can cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

Refund, exchange and refund:

Refunds will be made for purchase product after contacting the technical Support Team, paid funds to support the product are not refunded in any cases.
A certain percentage of the amount shall be deducted, in case of refunds for the purchase of the product, which are administrative expenses.
The Refund Process is Subject to several conditions:
– If the payment method provides a return within a specified period, we are obliged to do so.
– Refund takes place within one to three months.
– Generally, the return is made exclusively to the payment method that was used.
Force Majeure that may encountered the company in its business:
In event of occurrence general exceptional, unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstance which make the fulfillment of the company’s obligations cumbersome & impossible such as (wars, disturbances or chaos that disturb security or natural disasters, ………. etc.). If such exceptional circumstances continue without any hope of their cessation soon.
Ibtiker Technology, Services and Trade shall send a notice to the customers informing them of the event or (Force Majeure)that caused our commitment not to be fulfilled.
Suspend the Accounts:
- The user uses a payment method stolen, or not owned by him.
- The using of the account by more than one person, whether team or company, where one person is allowed to use the account in IBTIKER.
- When the user causes any damage to other user or, IBTIKER’swebsite.
- When USER insist on communicating outside the IBTIKER’s platform unnecessarily.
- When USER impersonates of another person on the website.
The warranty period of the water cooler (OXY) shall be for a period of (1) year since the date of receiving the Water-Cooling System. The customer will contact the Technical Support Team in case of any malfunction, who will send the Maintenance Team as soon as possible.
