On November 11 and 12, 2020, at the main hall of các nhà cái uy tín siyanks.com - App game đổi thưởng uy tín (NTTU) (District 4 campus), all staff, lecturers and students of NTTU donated more than 500 units of packed blood on the Red Volunteer Day (academic year 2020-2021).

Many lecturers, staff and students participates in blood donation

This is an activity consistently attracted great attention of staff, lecturers and students over the years. Each drop of blood donated not only contributes to saving the patient’s life in critical condition, but also demonstrates a kind contribution towards our society. Apart from partially overcoming a lack of blood sources in Vietnam, this voluntary activity also helps students enforce a better discipline, awareness for a better community, and care for people with financial difficulty.

The medical team, including a group of doctors and volunteers, assisted all staff, lecturers and students on registration, as well as provided free medical consultation and check-ups, blood tests and Certifications of blood donation, gifts and travel expenses.

 

Lecturers, staff and students are instructed to donate blood

According to medical advices, regular blood donation will help the body remove excess iron and produce new healthy blood. In addition, blood donation can reduce the risk of heart attack, cardiovascular diseases, as well as improve calorie-burning process and help with weight loss. Donating blood is not time-consuming and stressful. It is, however, an essential contribution to our society. Just donating a portion of blood can help to save many patients who are in need of blood, especially rare blood types.

After participating in blood donation, all participants should pay attention to several things to improve their health, including drinking water, maintaining a healthy diet, limiting the use of stimulants, and practicing physically demanding exercises. In particular, it is necessary to immediately call medical services if there are any unusual symptoms.

In 3 days, November 24, 25, and 26, 2020, at the main hall of An Phu Dong campus, District 12, NTTU will continue to open blood donation event with the participation of all lecturers and students.
