Students of NIIE (NTT Institute of International Education) have a field trip to experience the operation and facility management of Adora Center.
NTTU – On April 21st, 2022, NTT Institute of International Education (NIIE) and Dong Phuong Group co-organized the field trip for students of the 19th intake of Hotel Management to visit and experience the facilities at Adora Center.
The field trip was directly guided by Mr. Eddie Lim, Brand and Marketing Manager of Dong Phuong Group, who has more than 42 years of experience in hotel operations and management, a senior consultant for many big domestic and foreign groups, and he is also an guest lecturer of NTT Institute of International Education.

Opening the program, Mr. Eddie Lim introduced the establishment and development process of Dong Phuong Group in general and Adora Center in particular. At each stage of development, the orientation, the mission, the vision, and the corporate culture will be improved and adapted in order that all employees look at same goals and feel happy pursuing them. The introduction also helped NIIE students know that each branch of the Adora Center system will have a completely different customer segment and development orientation.

After listening the introduction of Mr. Eddie, NIIE students visited the facilities of of Adora Center branches where students were shared and instructed how to arrange a banquet hall from tables and chairs, kitchen utensils (cutlery), sound, light systems, the stage, etc. In addition, common problems and solutions were also enthusiastically shared by the managers and guides of Adora Center.

After nearly 2 years of restriction and lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic, NIIE students felt extremely excited to be able to join this field trip. Le Anh Thu, the student of class 19BHMV03 said: “Today’s experience tour is very useful for me. Adora Center is a very professional environment with the modern and luxury facilities. Furthermore, Mr. Eddie Lim gave us a better understanding of the growth process of an international hotel group. The honest and sincere sharing of instructors help me understand more about the field of study that I am pursuing. In short, I feel extremely happy to participate in the today trip.”
