The keynote speaker of the conference was Mr. To Dai Phong – Former Deputy Head of the Department for Publicity and Education  of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

Participating the conference, Party members gained more information and knowledge on the Party Central Committee’s resolutions, thus making action plan for the implementation with clear objectives, goals, tasks, solutions, and a specific schedule.
