The University has focused on research, conducting surveys and developing a new platform with relevant, scientific, students and businesses-focused with an identified vision for students to approach a source of information and career orientation. In addition, Lab-Movie’s research results also serve as the basis for the University to improve training programs, the quality of high-quality human resources to satisfy the labour market’s needs. After 3 years of research, surveys and report analysis, NTTU has successfully launched the website (labmovie.ibtiker.com) which is a technology platform providing in-depth information about professional figures, positions, career development in the ICT sector.

Dr. Nguyen Tuan Anh did not hesitate to share the research findings in the ICT field about different areas such as business scale, situation analysis, customer profiles, career paths and job requirements for employee recruitment. In-depth factors about candidate gender ratio, foreign language proficiency, employment contracts, labour demand, positions and challenges in hirings were also identified and analyzed by the research team.

According to Mr. Tran Binh Hau – Head of IT Department, the users of the labmovie.ibtiker.com platform are students. Hence, the website was built to be simple and easy to retrieve data. Users can access reports, labor market analysis, in-depth information about the ICT sector such as job positions, job descriptions, salaries, career development, etc. The ultimate goal is to connect and serve as a support tool for NTTU’s job portal, as well as a reference source for students to find information about the current ICT field, with a view to expand its operation in different industries. In addition, the website also has survey forms so our business partners can evaluate and contribute ideas to NTTU to build and improve academic training programs.

The Lab-Movie platform appreciated by businesses as a tool for students and employers to “know’�?each other

In the Q&A session, invited delegates expressed their satisfaction and appreciation for the results that NTTU has achieved. The Lab-Movie platform is a tool for employers and students to gain mutual understanding with an overview of the labor market in the ICT field such as the current recruitment trends and industry requirements. This helps students to plan their own training and career development path, increasing the rate of getting better job offers after graduation. From the employers�?perspectives, they will be able to identify the personality traits of human resources, thereby building tailor-made training plans, work culture and promotion paths for company personnel.

Representatives made recommendations to improve the platform to become an effective tool for students in finding career information

At the event, the research team transferred the research outcomes and the Lab-Movie platform to the Department of Corporate Relations and Job Placement for Students and IT Department of the University. This will be a useful tool for NTTU students to obtain information and career preparation. The project of Applying AI to the smart tourism proposal website in Hue (GoVie) has just won the third prize in Hue-ICT Challenge 2023

GoVie is a travel information webiste, providing information on sights, attractions, ticket prices and other tourist activities. The website will suggest tourist destinations based on the user’s personal preferences through the machine system, thereby automatically creating a suitable schedule based on the distance between the places and the average visit time. In addition, GoVie also supports CHATBOT AI to help users use and choose the right destination more easily.

According to Vo Nhat Huy – Team leader of the project, in the current market, there are diversification of information sources for a tourist destination, finding information and creating a schedule for tourists’ trips is still difficult and take time. Therefore, GoVie was created to solve this problem, helping users easily find information and plan travel.

The highlight that the GoVie application brings to users is the use of machine learning technology to understand and analyze the user’s personal preferences, thereby recommending suitable tourist destinations. This helps users save time and find tourist destinations that match their own preferences. In particular, the product takes advantage of the official open data source of Thua Thien Hue province, contributing to promoting tourism to travel enthusiasts.

Commenting on the feasibility as well as the quality of the topic, MSc. Dang Nhu Phu – Lecturer leading the assessment, GoVie is an application with new elements, capable of putting into practice the tourism promotion of Thua Thien Hue province. In particular, this application also shows the operational support parts of the website that users cannot see (backend) in the travel recommendations for visitors.

Sharing about product development orientation, student Vo Nhat Huy said that in the coming time, the group will continue to invest in research and development of GoVie applications, upgrade features, enhance performance and improve experience for users. At the same time, develop marketing strategies, cooperate with travel partners and create advertising campaigns to expand markets and reach customers. Huy believes to create interactions with large applications to take advantage of social networks and build a community of users who are interested in travel and share information and travel experiences.

The workshop will present 07 papers with many contents such as: Primary health care in the era of genomic medicine; Medical Transformation Trends; Genome Testing: today and tomorrow; Genomics: The future and now; family medicine and genomic medicine; Genetic counseling in primary care/primary health care; Grassroots health care receives genomic medicine; the draft initiative Vietnam Health History 2030. In addition, the workshop included a discussion session towards the practice of Primary Health Care in the era of genomic medicine with the participation of scientists, researchers, scientists in the field of health.

According to leading experts in this field, genomic medicine can be integrated into primary health care activities in the near future, allowing intensive medical application at the grassroots health level. Therefore, it is necessary to invest in strengthening human resources, facilities and equipment for the grassroots medical level to be ready to receive new advances in medicine. It is necessary to be equipped with knowledge and proactive attitude to apply medical advances to activities at the grassroots level.
